Despicable Me / The Review.

So today I caught the private screening of "Despicable Me" @ Mid Valley today. I was told that it was a private screening so I should keep it down low. You guys out there reading this should too. Anyway, This movie is set to open next month, so actually I must wait for a month to blog about this, nah. heck cares. HAHA

So what is this movie about? This is another super amazing 3D quality animation, so definitely when watching it, be sure to catch it in 3D! This movie is about a villain, Mr. Gru, which is a typical villain, living in your average neighbourhood. Filled with a sense of humor, this is another movie for free LOLs. Down to the point, this movie is actually quite touching, it gives a really simple and clear message so its actually one movie that is very easy to follow with.The main character , Gru. Was really upset because another villan took the fame from him by stealing a pyramid. Now time for his grand plan to gain back his fame to be the greatest criminal mastermind. TO STEAL THE MOON. heh

But this comes to waste because the shrink ray he needs to use to shrink the moon has been stolen by his rival, that other villain. How do steal the shrink ray to him? The only way to get his shrink ray is by using 3 small girls that sells cookies to his rival. Then only his plan will succeed.

This movie has a really cute feel to it as the 3 girls fill the movie with laughter and joy.

Gru then realizes that actually family is more important than being a criminal.

I think that taeyeon really suits the role of margo as I've really thought of margo (The Girl above with the glasses) as taeyeon. Being the eldest of the 3 girls, she is really like a kid leader. haha. Anyway, the movie is bound to make you laugh with many parts which can stimulate your funnybone. So far I haven't seen such a movie with such a simple concept, so its kinda refreshing for me. The movie will not disappoint you! Other than some very sibei lame parts.

Theres some really creative weapons, like a piranha gun and squid gun , not to mention shrink ray and the freeze ray /heh

Cute movie, Darn awesome 3D, modern sense of humor. Some parts really lame anyway LOL
